Permit Approved
Coastal Town Defense RTS

Permit Approved is a wacky RTS tower defense game where you draft your opening crew, expand with parcels, keep your town supplied, and survive nightly raids.
Build a Town That Works
Plant crops, place buildings, and turn open ground into a town that can actually function. Food, water, beds, storage, and construction speed all matter, so the early game is about getting stable before the pressure starts piling up.
Expand With Contracts
You do not grow by filling out the map one tile at a time. You buy parcels that reshape the space around your town. Each contract can solve a shortage, open a new route, or create a new risk, so expansion is always a strategic choice.
Keep the Economy Moving
Workers are what make the town feel alive. Foragers gather from outside the base, farmers keep fields running, builders turn supplies into structures, and support roles keep the whole loop from stalling out. If one part of that chain breaks, the rest of the town feels it.
Survive the Night
When raiders arrive, the run stops being about clean planning and starts being about whether your town can hold. Fighters, defenses, positioning, and timing all matter, and surviving the night is what earns you the next day of expansion.
